Vertical steel tanks

RVS — vertical tanks for collection, storage, preparation and recording of liquid products (oil products). The tanks are manufactured of steel rings by rolling or plate-by-plate method. Usually RVS are made with capacity from 100 m³ up to 30000 m³, the smaller capacity is used at horizontal steel tanks (RGS), the larger capacity is used at the tank groups. Tank groups concentrated in one place are called tank farm.

Horizontal steel tanks

Land storage tanks can be used for storage of fuel, water, food or other materials. Their use provides safe level of storage and enables to lay in a fuel stock (with regard to fuel tanks) by means of purchase of high-quality fuel on best price and protection of the company from fuel crises.

Underground storage tanks

Drainage storage tank EP / EPP is a cylindrical tank for storage, settling and supply of liquid and gaseous substances under pressure manufactured on the basis of extra strong metal. This unit is not only for household use, but also for industrial use. For example, underground drainage storage tank discharges excess liquid after precipitation or melting of snow, and the special tank for gasoline storage allows to use fuels and lubricants effectively without loss of their quality.

Industrial chimneys

The main component of technological systems of heat power plants and industrial enterprises are special tower type structures — chimneys. The main purpose of chimneys is removal of gases from different thermal units with subsequent dispersion in the air. Chimneys are also intended for ensuring good furnace draft which depends on thickness-height ratio of the chimney channel. Natural draft in the heating structure is performed by replacement of hot layers of air with cold air.

Metalwork for buildings and structures

Use of metal structures for erection of various commercial facilities is a modern, reliable and cost-effective method of high-speed construction.

We have corresponding licenses and provide warranty for all tyes of work. Our company is a member of NP SROR «Union of Constructors of the Republic of Bashkortostan» and has certificates in the sphere of project and installation works for different types of facilities.

Light poles, lightning rods

Light pole is intended for illumination and lightning protection of open sports facilities, power substations, sites of manufacturing and producing companies, warehouse bases, airports, railway transport hubs, sea and river ports. The light pole with a lightning rod is often a component of a group of buildings of a large trade center or a mall, auocenter or parking lot.

Silos

Silo is a vertical tank used for storage of various bulk materials and substances. Silo is cylindrical tank with conic bottom. Vertical position of a silo provides considerable space saving despite impressive amount of raw stock. One more significant advantage of the silo over regular warehouses is provision of high level of protection of stored raw materials from impact of environment (humidity, rain, snow).
