Production process

Blank production shop

Details and semi-finished products for the subsequent assembly of metal structures and rolled semi-finished products of tanks are produced in the Blank Production Shop. Shot blasting, metal roll cutting by means of gas and plasma cutting, sawing and drilling of various profiles — all of this is performed on the Voortman (the well-known Dutch company) automatic line for production of details and subproducts.

There are also sheet bending and leveling machines, beveling machine with 15 m table, hydraulic presses with stress of 250 and 400 tons for stamping of shaped blanks, bending and shaping of large details, as well as the machine for production of expanded steel sheets in the blank production shop.

Assembly shop

Assembly shop includes more than 10 assembly sites (crews) for assembly of metal structures of diverse complexity, it is equipped with drilling, welding and gas-cutting machines, various devices and tools. 6 traveling cranes with capacity of 10 tons each operate in the aisles of the assembly site.

Welding shop

Welding shop focuses on welding of assembled metal structures and blanks of tanks. The equipment of the welding shop includes the stand for production of rolled blanks of vertical steel tanks (RVS). The shop is equipped with 18 semi-automatic gas-shielded welding stations, there are 8 automatic welding machines for welding of panels of rolled tank blanks and the rotating rolls with gantry for production of cylindrical tanks with diameter up to 3,5 m.

Paint and Loading Shop

This shop focuses on shot blasting of structures with subsequent primecoating and painting, packaging and loading on trucks and rail transport. The shop is equipped with GRACO airless spray painting devices with GRACO electric motor, dry chamber, 2 travelling cranes with capacity of 10 tons each and own railway line.
